Moore Appliances Return & Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is very important to Moore Appliances. We will do everything possible to work with you and the manufacturer of your product to ensure a positive shopping experience.
You may cancel your order at any time, however, a restocking fee may be applicable.
All electrical parts, ventilation products and custom orders are final sale and not returnable or refundable.
Moore Appliances reserves the right to refuse or accept returns for major appliances purchased in-store or online at our discretion.
All items should be inspected thoroughly at the time of delivery or pick up.
Damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
